Adam Sobel

Adam Sobel, an accomplished culinary professional, is recognized as one of the award-winning partner/Executive Chefs of MINA Group. Sobel’s journey to culinary excellence began with his graduation from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he honed his skills and passion for cooking. He further refined his craft by training under esteemed chefs such as Gunter Seeger, Charlie Trotter, Daniel Boulud, and Guy Savoy, garnering invaluable experience from each mentor.

In 2003, Sobel relocated to Las Vegas and played an integral role in the creation of the renowned James Beard Award-winning restaurant Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace. Subsequently, he served as the chef de cuisine at Guy Savory, further solidifying his reputation for culinary innovation and expertise.

Transitioning to Washington, DC in 2011, Sobel assumed the role of executive chef at Chef Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak, mark- ing the inception of a longstanding partnership with Chef Mina and MINA Group. In his capacity, Sobel provided leadership and oversaw the culinary direction for MINA Group’s extensive portfolio of over 40 restaurants and virtual brands across the United States and Dubai.

Throughout his illustrious career, Sobel has earned numerous accolades upon accolades, including being crowned the “King of Porc” at the esteemed Grand Cochon during the Aspen Food and Wine festival. His culinary prowess and creative vision have also led to appearances on various television programs, further cementing his status as a culinary luminary.
