About us

AETHER GROUP is founded with a vision to create experiences that go beyond one’s expectations. Led by Chef Adam Sobel, AETHER GROUP is the coalescence of building successful concepts, creating inspired teams, and reimagining the boundaries for hospitality.

Adam Sobel is one of the most creative and versatile chefs I have been around. We have worked together for many years but more importantly we have cooked together. His knowledge of food and product is very diverse. And that makes him the best in the game.
