Chef Adam Sobel is a Michelin-recognized chef and restaurateur known for bold flavors, high-energy hospitality, and building culture-driven restaurant concepts.
A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Sobel honed his skills under the mentorship of legendary chefs including Gunter Seeger, Charlie Trotter, Daniel Boulud, Guy Savoy, and Michael Mina. His career skyrocketed with key roles at acclaimed establishments such as Bradley Ogden (Las Vegas), Guy Savoy (Las Vegas), Bourbon Steak (Washington, DC), and RN74 (San Francisco) where he developed a reputation for creating bold programs that pushed the boundaries on flavor and guest experiences.
Recently, Sobel’s passion for innovation has led to the development of some of the most sought-after dining destinations, including the 2023 debut of Sorelle in Charleston, SC, and the highly anticipated opening of Bourbon Steak at Essex House in New York City in 2024. During his 14-year tenure as a partner and Executive Chef at MINA Group, Sobel played a pivotal role in shaping a portfolio of over 40 world-class restaurants and brands across the U.S. and Dubai. His expertise in conceptualizing and executing world-class dining experiences makes him a sought-after collaborator for investors, hospitality groups, and forward-thinking brands looking to make an impact in the industry.
