Adam was my Head of Culinary and Recipe and Development , reporting to me directly and being my right-hand. He later became a partner in Mina Group. In this role, he collaborated with me on every concept, working side by side to build every menu, style of service, the overall hospitality experience, and everything it takes to bring these concepts to life. Adam is a rare talent. Not only skilled in the kitchen, he is a natural at fostering talent and leadership for our organization while building strong, lasting relationships with our partners and most valued guests.

I am very happy that he has started Aether Group. We will always remain connected and continue to work together in many ways. I know that Adam has every tool and every skill to build many successful restaurant concepts and lead an impactful hospitality company.
